Role Overview:

We are growing and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Alliance Manager to join our team and drive growth in North America. As a Strategic Alliance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.  Your role involves defining and executing the partner strategy, developing new partners, managing existing partners, and coordinating joint sales efforts. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in building and growing alliance partnerships, outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels. As a key member of the Strategic Alliance Sales team, you will report to the Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key assigned strategic partners
  • Collaborate with partners to understand their business needs and develop strategic plans to drive mutual growth and success.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners addressing concerns, providing support, and ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to align partner strategies with the overall goals for Eptura
  • Analyze partner performance metrics and provide regular reports to internal stakeholders highlighting key insights and recommendations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Partners to assess performance, address concerns, drive growth and expansion, and identify areas of improvement represent the company at industry events conferences and trade shows to build brand awareness and expand the partner network
  • Position Eptura as a leader in workspace solutions, achieving sales goals

 

About you:

 

  • Significant demonstrable partner management experience, preferably in SaaS/Applications
  • Strategic mindset, capability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, who can interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills that drive win-win outcomes.
  • Build credibility and trust with partners to foster strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results orientated, with a strong desire to excel and succeed.
  • Preferred experience and strong understanding of the commercial real estate market including knowledge of industry trends, key players, and market dynamics.
  • Superior ability to build strategic relationships with partners.
  • Advocate for partners' business goals and products
