Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our global Marketing team. This is an in-office position that may be based out of our Sydney office.

What You Will Accomplish Here…

The Marketing Specialist will be working independently to support the local executive team and global Marketing Department for the Asia Pacific region (Asia, AUS, NZ). You will have an opportunity to collaborate closely with leadership to develop and execute marketing initiatives. We are looking for a capable campaign planner who has solid project and time management skills.  We are seeking someone with a foundation of experience that is comfortable working as a sole resource in a location to execute and drive marketing campaigns.

 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Implements tactical planning and execution of the marketing strategy, implementing marketing campaigns, and leading retrospectives upon campaign completion.
  • Supports marketing management in evaluating and establishing marketing plans by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, and creating and organizing presentations.
  • Collaborates with marketing management to finalize creative assets needed to support marketing plans or specific initiatives.
  • Develops and edits messaging and content in collaboration with agency partners, ensuring assets support content themes established in the strategy.
  • Conducts research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • Works with marketing management, external resources, and internal stakeholders to develop webinars and podcasts.
  • Participates, as assigned, in tradeshows, conferences, and roundtables
  • Collaborates with agency partners and the marketing team in support of social media, website updates, thought leadership content, and email strategy and planning activities.
  • Share updates and reports with marketing and sales departments.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

Experience, Education, Skills, and Credentials:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of previous experience in a related position is required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required
  • Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Industry experience in the gaming/gambling industry is a plus.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Must have the ability to effectively read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate with other members of the team and clients.
  • Must have the ability to handle and organise multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.

 

Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Sydney office.

Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Sydney Pay: AUD 105,000 - 110,000

Travel: Up to 20% travel may be required, to other Australia office locations or to events.
