The Breakdown: 
As an In- & Outbound Coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end logistics and supply chain processes. You will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods, optimizing transportation routes, and ensuring timely delivery of products to various destinations. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of logistics operations.

 

What You Get to Do:

  • Supply Chain Coordination with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Transportation Management
  • Oversee the storage and distribution of products in warehouses and implement efficient warehouse management practices
  • Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate order processing
  • Documentation and Compliance
  • Risk Management
  • Communication and Collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners.

 

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role within the sports industry is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in German & English required, further language skills are a plus
  • A passion for snowboarding or outdoor/mountain sports
