HR Manager

 

based in Edinburgh

 

 

 

The future HR Business Partner at Boralex will facilitate the integration of the recently acquired UK structure by:

 

  • Deploying Boralex's processes and tools ;
  • Closely supporting managers in their business activities ;
  • Acting as a liaison with the headquarters. This integration has both cultural and operational objectives. Therefore, we seek an HR professional who is closely aligned with the business, hands-on, and capable of guiding managers through this transition while understanding the overall strategy of the group ;
  • Advising on best practices in talent management, performance, and skills development ;
  • Manage individual employee relations by providing advice and support on performance, conflict resolution, and career management ;
  • Oversee key HR processes such as annual reviews, salary reviews, professional interviews, and performance evaluations ;
  • Actively participate in international projects to support the company's growth and expansion.

 

Profile

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a background in the UK to understand the specific challenges and opportunities within this market.

We are looking for a minimum of six years' experience. The ideal candidate will have a generalist HR experience in a multicultural context and rapid growth company where everything has to be built.

The candidate will possess strong listening skills, drive, and a solid understanding of business dynamics either in English and French.

This individual will play a key role within the HR department, contributing significantly to our integration and growth efforts.

Additionally, they will have excellent prospects for career advancement within the company
