Job Summary
The Implementation Consultant will report to the Implementation Team Lead. As an Implementation Consultant, you have the opportunity to contribute positively to the continual growth of ECI’s Field Service Group. With us, you will utilize your training and interpersonal skills to help customers develop the knowledge and confidence to use our products to conduct their day-to-day operations. Implementation Consultants act as an integral part of the conversion team in preparing customer’s human resources to go live on e-automate. You can have a valuable and positive impact on the customer’s e-automate onboarding experience. Your responsibilities would include but not be limited to the following.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and become an expert on Field Service products as determined by Implementation Team Lead.
- Conduct customer end user training online on the products. Additionally, train other internal personnel and partners.
- Assist in the development and documentation of best practice recommendations for common business processes.
- Learning and understanding customer processes so you can recommend and train on processes to support customer business operations to the extent of the software’s capability.
- Understand and translate technical information into a training environment for users of various levels.
- Learn new product offering and functionality as software updates are available.
- Work independently with a high sense of urgency.
- Be accessible and available to multiple customers.
- Overcomes constraints to meet established deadlines.
- Manage multiple training projects at one time.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years prior experience supporting customers or training customers in a classroom, one-on-one and online environments. Using a clear and structured approach that is easy for learners to understand and stay engaged.
- BA/BS in education, accounting, communication or related field. May substitute education with verifiable work experience.
- Business process consultation experience preferred.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have initiative to trouble shoot and test internal and customer processes through resolution.
- Proficient using MS Office.
- Experience in Field Service, HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical industries preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple customers and multiple stages of conversion.
