Overview

As a Data & Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, developing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. The primary focus will be on leveraging Salesforce Lightning Reports, Lightning Dashboards and Salesforce CRM Analytics to manage, analyze, and visualize data. This role requires a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of data management, business intelligence, and reporting processes. The Data & Reporting Analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of data to drive informed decision-making, while also maintaining strong data integrity requirements. Additional responsibilities may include ad hoc data migration efforts related to acquisition data migrations.

 

Responsibilities

  • Data Management:
    • Develop and maintain robust data management policies and procedures.
    • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across all systems.
    • Oversee data integration, migration, and warehousing initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards.
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Analyze and clean complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Develop, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business strategy and decision-making.
  • Salesforce CRMA Management:
    • Configure and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Create custom reports and dashboards within Salesforce Lightning & CRMA to meet business requirements.
    • Train and support users in utilizing Salesforce CRM Analytics for reporting and analysis purposes.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, CX and Operations, to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
    • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce CRM Analytics and data reporting best practices.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, reporting processes, and analytical methods.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and Salesforce CRM Analytics.
    • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • System Management:
    • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of business intelligence and analytics platforms.
    • Ensure the security and privacy of data in compliance with relevant regulation.
  • Data Migrations:
    • Assist with data migrations into multiple platforms, most notably Salesforce.
    • Standardize process and templates for consolidating data from external sources to easily transfer into ECI’s systems, and do so with best practices and adhering to strong data integrity standards.

 

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on Salesforce CRM Analytics.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning & CRM Analytics, including report and dashboard creation.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration best practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning and CRM Analytics.
    • Experience with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and business processes in Sales, Marketing, or Operations.
