Are you a Benefits Wizard? We're on the hunt for a dynamic Manager, Global Benefits to join our team and sprinkle a little magic over our global benefits, perks, and rewards. This isn’t just any role – you’ll be a key player in shaping and executing our total rewards strategy.
Your Mission:
- Lead & Conquer: Oversee our global benefits and work perks portfolio. Make sure employee needs are met and costs are optimized.
- Budget Boss: Partner with Finance and our VP to set and monitor the annual benefits budget for every country we operate in.
- Data Dynamo: Review and recommend adjustments to our benefit portfolios to keep everything running smoothly.
- Relationship Rockstar: Manage relationships with our benefits brokers, consultants, and carriers globally.
- Compliance Commander: Keep us on the right side of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, GDPR, and more.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Business or HR Management.
- Experience: 5+ years as a benefits pro, with experience in U.S. and global benefit plans.
- Project Management Skills: You can juggle multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
- Tech Savvy: Strong in PowerPoint and Excel. You know your way around benefit data and love diving into the details.
- Self-Starter: You’re proactive, can multitask like a pro, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in tech or pharmaceuticals is a plus.
- Certifications: Benefits-related certifications like CEBS or CBP are icing on the cake.
