COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR/Mental Health

(Full-Time)

You are a person who:

  • Likes to be challenged in resolving complex problems
  • Has a keen eye for detail and the ability to make a positive impact on our workforce 
  • Can build and cultivate strong relationships up, down, and sideways throughout the organization
  • Is self-directed and understands regulatory compliance standards.
  • Is a strong communicator with the ability to effectively facilitate in-person trainings to staff at all levels
  • Can travel throughout the state of New Jersey to provide on-site trainings to staff
  • Is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to accommodate the scheduled of staff

The ideal candidate will be part of an amazing team who will work closely with our stakeholders, senior leaders and front-line managers to work collaboratively to ensure state regulatory compliance mandates are being met according to organizational policies and procedures.

 

The skills and experience necessary for success are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years of DDD or related experience or one (1) year experience with a degree.
  • Familiarity with DDD regulatory compliance helpful.
  • Working knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office suite (Word and  Excel).
  • Excellent Problem solving, listening, planning and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Must be flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to always interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
