Who We Are Looking For

 

The Operational Specialist position is focused on 24/7 Security Operations. Candidates must be detail-oriented, have a strong aptitude for communication and analytical thinking when responding to requests, as well as having a team-first mentality. Daily responsibilities will focus onensuring all logistics for projects are well organized,monitored and recorded. The Operations Specialist must be able to effectively comprehend data and information and compose clear and effective communications to managers and clients. They must have a good understanding of security operations including Close Protection, Event Security, Security Manned Guarding, Residential Security and Secure Transportation. Candidate must be confident at communicating with a wide range of Global Vendors and gathering relative costs for potential projects.

 

What You Will Work On

 

  • Evaluate requests and ensure the security services that are being set up, match their needs and requirements.
  • Respond to Crisis24 security teams when they request for additional support globally.
  • Communicate with Global Vendors and resource for tasks appropriately.
  • Prepare cost estimates and Statement of Work contracts.
  • Prepare client detail briefs for tasks including schedules and team information.
  • Monitor live tasks and acknowledge information received from the security team and escalating incidents when required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately. 
  • Be able to problem solve resolution activities for all Operational issues.
  • Ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed and compliance with all national and regional Operational directives, laws and requirements is satisfactory.
  • Track all projects to ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the different departments within Crisis24.
  • Respond to request for assistance by troubleshooting and provide solutions to resolve problems.
  • Monitor and adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of client assets and personnel.

Who You Will Work With  

 

The candidate will work with the UK/EMEA Protective Solutions Team and report to the GSOC Project Manager. They will often work along side Operation Managers and complete tasks for the Director, Vise President and Managing Director.

 

What You Will Bring  

 

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • An associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Three plus (3+) years of experience in an Operational environment is preferred
  • Multi-lingual and multi-cultural skills are preferred
  • SIA CP badge (preferred)
  • Industry and business acumen
  • Demonstrate organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while establishing effective relationships, collaborating with peers and clients.
  • Successful client managements experience
  • Local to London or reasonable travel distance to London.

 

Additional Info:

 

Shift Patterns will be varied and might include a mixture of early, lates, night shifts and weekend coverage and based at our London Bridge Office.
