Position Summary:
This position blends top-line Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) with Revenue Operations (RevOps), requiring the ability to identify opportunities and risks across Accuris' operations. You'll develop hypotheses, rigorously test assumptions, forecast outcomes, and conduct deep analyses to turn data into actionable insights for leadership. Collaboration with sales, revenue operations, product, and marketing teams is pivotal for strategic and financial analysis, supporting decision-making and accelerating company growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and maintaining financial models to forecast bookings based on ARR movements (new business, expansion, contraction, churn).
  • Leading strategic ownership, iterative refinement, and optimization of monthly ARR and GAAP revenue forecasts.
  • Analyzing variances between actual SaaS performance and forecasts, providing comprehensive explanations and actionable recommendations.
  • Driving cross-functional initiatives to align FP&A and SalesOps reporting.
  • Forecasting ARR and Customer Counts by geography and segment.
  • Building technical and functional expertise in Salesforce and auxiliary SaaS systems including Power BI
  • Analyzing product-related KPIs, developing new analyses on business health, and assessing how adoption metrics influence bookings and future financial performance.
  • Contributing to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational rigor and advanced reporting capabilities for product usage, revenue, and CRM dashboards.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in revenue, sales operations, FP&A, business analysis, or consulting roles, demonstrating solid financial and business acumen.
  • Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing large datasets with precision.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to establish trust and influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and recurring revenue dynamics.
  • Strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical prowess.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, adept at presenting to and collaborating with teams of various functions and levels.
  • Proven track record of project ownership and delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders for successful outcomes.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in high-growth SaaS companies or multinational public companies, showcasing adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and SAP.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or engaging with C-suite executives.

For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated salary for this role is $100,000 - $115,000. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
