Lead Software Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a key member of our development team, you will contribute to building and maintaining our core systems using .NET technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and Product Management, to implement and enhance our microservices architecture within an Agile environment. English is our base language, and you'll be collaborating with a multinational team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality .NET/ Angular
•  applications.
• Microservices: Implement and optimize microservices architecture within the existing codebase.
• Cloud Integration: Work with AWS to deploy and manage applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers working with Angular to integrate APIs and services.
• Agile Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Code Reviews: Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and actively contribute to the improvement of our development processes.

Qualifications

• Experience: + 4 years of experience in .NET development.
• Technical Skills:
  • High proficiency in C# and .NET Core.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and Microservices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
  • Experience with containerization (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular is a must.
• Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a multinational team where English is the base language.
