Job Duties:

• Assist the asset accountants in activating new fleet and deactivating old fleet
• Assist AR with cash receipts
• Assist AR with reconciling customer accounts and sending out statements
• Assist cash management with daily close outs and monthly bank reconciliations
• Assist AP with data entry of accounts payable invoices into accounting system.
• Assist AP with reconciling vendor statements and Visa statements and requesting copies of any missing invoices.
• Completing general office tasks including filing, faxing and photocopying.
• Performing other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Excel skills.
• No experience required.
• Customer Focus.
• Quality Orientation.
• Must possess both oral and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving, interpersonal and attention to details skills.
• Accountability and Dependability.
• Team oriented and data entry skills.
