What Impact You Can Make       

 

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) will be responsible for supporting the company’s global health economics, reimbursement, and market access strategy.  This role will collaborate closely with the Director and VP of HE&R, Senior Leadership, Sales, and Marketing team members to develop and deliver the reimbursement strategy and support for our therapies in interactions with customers.

  • Other support responsibilities could include leading direct payor advocacy strategies, evidence planning and strategy, and constructing health economic tools.
  • Provide reimbursement support for customers to expand adoption across all therapeutic product lines, including working closely with customer reimbursement hotline.
  • Present to a variety of stakeholders, including physicians, hospital C-Suite, service line leadership, purchasing / materials management staff, and billing/coding staff.
  • Deliver materials for hospital C-Suite, value analysis committees, service line directors, billing/coding staff, and other value purchasers.
  • Help identify physicians to assist with reimbursement or payor coverage policy revisions.
  • Serve as a strategic business partner with field sales leadership to develop and deliver value messaging during quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner closely with US sales organization to support regional and national sales meetings.
  • Capture customer interactions in a CRM system to track touchpoint activity across multiple endeavors and departments.
  • Collaborate on corporate initiated reimbursement strategies as needed.

 

What You Bring     

 

  • Bachelor of Science, in relevant field
  • Minimum of five (5) years successful field reimbursement, preferably medical device, experience: 
    • Ability to analyze and interpret regulations and legislation re: coding, coverage & reimbursement in the medical device industry.
  • Comfortable driving multiple initiatives at a rapid pace, making thoughtful recommendations with available data.
  • Experience in working closely with global sales and marketing commercial teams, including ability to influence cross functionally.
  • Strong moderator/presenter, and comfortable in front of senior hospital administration.
  • Ability to travel up to 10-20% depending on territory.

  • Salary range of $130,000 - $176,000 (highly experienced).  The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
