POSITION SUMMARY:

This position will help develop and deliver content for internal and external training. The content will be developed and delivered via multi-media audio/visual platforms and focused on procedural training and education based on educational needs and programs specific to Atrial Fibrillation, Hybrid Procedures, Open Concomitant, and Pain Management procedures, appropriate patient selection, procedural techniques, optimal device use and patient management.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:

  • Integrate developed on-line manuals and existing educational material.
  • Responsible for assisting in the development of the strategy and various operational aspects of the Online Education and certification effort.
  • Clearly communicate timelines, key milestones, and other operational details to both internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with stakeholders including 3rd party education/certification partners, course directors, accrediting organization, etc.
  • Assist with Creating educational content for cross functional partners, Sales Training, Clinical Science, Marketing, and others as requested.
  • Assist in Development of Digital content and educational platforms both internal and external facing.
  • Responsible for review and processing of all materials needing CMR review and approval.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s in marketing or healthcare related degree required
  • Experience in content creation, and instruction of created material
  • Must be detail-oriented, have good analytical skills, and able to quickly become an expert in the rules, policies, and procedures governing the creation of certification programs.
  • Experience with building relationship with physicians
  • Knowledge of Operating Room Protocol, 2-3 years of operating room experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, decision making and analytical skills
  • Ability to act independently to establish logical priorities, to identify improvement opportunities and to develop action plans.
  • Proficient with project management software and content creation software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience working with Cornerstone On-Demand LMS
  • Experience working with Adobe Premier Pro

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to regularly walk, sit, or stand as needed
  • Ability to occasionally bend and push/pull as needed
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
