Position Summary:

The EMEA Digital Marketing Specialist contributes to the company success by leading ongoing development and maintenance of the education platform (AF Connect); continuously improving the user experience for all segments across all digital marketing touchpoints. 

This position is a hybrid role with the person accountable for creating digital messages and content creation and campaign coordination to advance our engagement and brand. This role will work with stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Education, Operations, Finance, Legal and Regulatory.

What will you be doing?  

  • Support development and maintenance of AtriCure’s education platform 
  • Initiate integrated media campaigns covering all touch points; digital and non-digital
  • Create online content, digital brochures, and related materials for AtriCure.
  • Assist in generating leads through creative Marketing strategies on social media, such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Coordinate the production or implementation of marketing materials and communication. Assure internal dissemination of approved material.
  • Act a marketing point person regarding quality procedures, managing and organizing all appropriate content through the Promotional Copy Review (PRC) approval process.
  • Store, retrieve, and integrate approved sales and customer collateral.
  • Design, implement and continuously improve the user experience for all segments across all digital marketing touchpoints to increase engagement and content relevancy.
  • Manage existing customers database and develop lead generation
  • Partner with the company's marketing team and external partners to ensure the on-time delivery of digital solutions and services needed by the marketing teams
  • Develop and coordinate production of new pan European campaigns for health care providers and patients

A little about yourself:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
  • You have some experience in marketing and communication with an analytical background.
  • Must be fluent in spoken and written English. (other languages are a benefit)
  • You have experience in CRM or automation marketing tools including monitoring of marketing metrics with experience designing digital campaigns and mailing
  • Beneficial to have experience in digital content management and Google Analytics
  • Creative and innovative with a technical aptitude and the ability to communicate cross-functionally within a team
  • Hands-on and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel 5-10%
