The Breakdown: 

The Brand Support Specialist (BSS) will be reporting to the Area Manager of Ontario. They will be tasked with supporting all aspects of the business in both sales and marketing. Based out of Toronto, they will play an important role in the field pushing forward our SBO’s, making sure we have boots on the ground where and when we need them and building and sustaining hype at wholesale.

  • Public speaking: Product Knowledge sessions with key retailers
  • Product Merchandising: Ensuring Burton shows up in a premium way for the consumer
  • Events: Running demos and private ride days throughout the season
  • Sell-Through: Activating sales initiatives on ENDVR
  • Budget Tracking: Ensuring travel budget is spent where Burton receives the best ROI
  • Dealer Service: Warranty, spare parts, seeding

What You Bring to the Team:

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of snowboard products, is familiar with the Burton brand and is well networked within the industry. Previous experience working at a major retailer is preferred, but not mandatory. The BSS must be comfortable on a snowboard (intermediate to expert skill level), enjoy spending time on the road and is passionate about the sport and culture. They must be organized, entrepreneurial and solution oriented. A clean driving record and own vehicle is required.

  • On-Snow Activation
  • StepOn Demo Tour
  • Shop Visits
  • Holiday dealer support & Field reporting
  • ENDVR tracking

JANUARY

  • Shop visits
  • Content creation & Event planification
  • ENDVR tracking
  • On-Snow Activation

FEBRUARY/MARCH

  • On-Snow Activation
  • A Day For Jake (TBD)
  • Sunpeaks Dealer Demo
  • Focus: Events & W26 wholesale content creation

APRIL

  • Season wrap up & reporting
