The Breakdown:
Starting as soon as possible we are looking for a seasonal P&C Administration Coordinator in our HQ in Innsbruck to support the P&C team with 15-20h/ week until April 2025.
What You Get to Do:
- Assist with day-to-day operations in the P&C office
- Admin tasks and data management in our P&C tool (Dayforce)
- Administration of contracts, agreements and policies
- Support in creating overviews and reports
- Store and track documents
- Oversee the time reporting and approval process (ZeitConsens)
- Development and testing of our new P&C tool (Dayforce)
- Participate and support different P&C projects
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- P&C educational background preferred
- Experience as P&C generalist in Austria (labour law, payroll and time management) is a big plus
- Being able to handle sensible data with discretion
- Fluent in German and English, speaking and writing skills
- Strong Microsoft Office computer skills
- Communicative, structured and proactive personality with a hands-on mindset
- Enthusiastic, positive, friendly and affinity to snowboarding/the outdoor
