Job Summary

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects related to solutions in technology and physical security systems. This role involves managing a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians, ensuring project deliverables are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will also handle billing forecasts, budgeting, and resource scheduling to ensure optimal project execution. Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred to enhance project management efficiency and adaptability.

Essential Functions

· Project Planning and Execution

o Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation

o Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

o Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders understand project goals and responsibilities

o Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers

o Serve as the primary point of contact for customers to provide timely project updates and to address any concerns

o Conduct routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety

o Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors

· Documentation and Budget Management

o Prepare billing forecasts based on project timelines and resource allocation, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing

o Monitor project expenditures and adjust budgets as necessary to maintain financial control and profitability

o Provide regular progress reports to the Director of Operations and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the plan

o Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

o Complete project close-out documents and activities

· Resource Scheduling and Others

o Plan and schedule personnel resources to ensure optimal project staffing and efficiency

o Coordinate with department heads to allocate engineers and technicians based on project needs and availability

o Adjust resource schedules in response to project changes, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining productivity

o Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education/experience

· Current and valid US driver’s license

· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple projects

· At least 2 years of Project Management experience in physical security systems, network and construction

· Experience managing customer and vendor relationships

· Extreme adaptability; respond effectively to changes in situation or information; ability to influence others and build consensus using advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

· Strong project management skills, process-oriented, highly organized, and quality-focused

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels, internal and external

· Experience with billing forecasts, budgeting, and resource scheduling

· [Preferred] Experience in Project Management applications like Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc

· [Preferred] Experience with Agile methodologies

· [Preferred] CAD and or BlueBeam experience
