Job Summary
Rumbao Market is a casual, all-day restaurant, bar and gourmet market with an urban energy that puts guests in charge of what, when and where they eat. The concept incorporates Breakfast and allows for flexibility for lunch and light dinner in a way that is effective in providing a guest experience modeled around today’s modern traveler, choice and control.
With transparency our kitchen becomes an opportunity to see a meal prepared or assembled. This experience helps show a commitment to quality and allows the associates to interact with Guests in an efficient way.
Requirements
- Culinary Arts Degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of kitchen experience working garde manger, hot line, and food prep.
- Experience preparing breakfast items, salads, wraps, and sandwiches.
- Must be creative and proactive, empowered to make appropriate decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Knowledgeable and / or certified in Food Safety.
- Available to work AM and / or PM shifts as assigned, nights, weekends, and holidays.
