Amazon Sales Coordinator (Remote)

 

Dorel Home is a dynamic and innovative home furnishings manufacturing company committed to leveraging data-driven insights to enhance decision-making processes and drive business success. We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Sales Coordinator to join our growing Amazon team. The Amazon Sales Coordinator will work in supporting the Amazon Sales team by partnering with all Dorel Home divisions to support the Amazon account.  This includes data management, content management, reporting management, resolving issues on Amazon and problem solving issues with Dorel Home Divisions.

 

Essential Job Functions

 

  • Pull reporting from Amazon Vendor Central
  • Support item setup and content management
  • Maintain customer inventory feed data
  • Manage and track item suppression and retailer price matching
  • Track completion of PIMS alerts for item creations and changes
  • Prepare reports for determined business processes
  • Conduct and execute special projects as required
  • Ability and drive to research and resolve root cause problems
  • Support Amazon Sales teams with necessary project management and weekly priorities

Experience and Necessary Skills

  • Education
    • High School Diploma or GED is preferred
  • Prior Experience
    • 2 years of working in a customer service, retail, or eCommerce environment
  • Hard Skills
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge
    • Understand and meet the needs of the internal customers and address the interest and concerns of the organization as required
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Superior interpersonal, phone, verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
    • High level of patience and understanding of customer’s needs.
    • Self-disciplined, urgent, and strong time management skills.
    • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Ability to learn/operate numerous systems and web-based platforms (internal Dorel systems and Amazon Vendor Central).
