 About the Role:

As our Regional Residential Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our residential group homes across your assigned region. You’ll be the key leader responsible for overseeing multiple residential group homes, ensuring each one meets our high standards for quality, service, and resident satisfaction.

This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact, drive growth, and lead a team of dedicated Residential Program Managers to success.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage the operations of regional sites to ensure the high quality of services to adults with mental health disabilities in a Residential Setting. 
  • Lead the provision of services to enhance daily living skills and daily activities of persons receiving services.
  • Achieve a high level of consumer and customer satisfaction.
  • Manages the delivery of services and ensures compliance for all care, treatment and services are consistent with ENJ’s policies, practices, and procedures and are conducted using evidence-based practices, and in accordance with licensing, regulatory, and internal standards. Maintains budget lines in the region and facilitates areas of financial growth.
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Mental Health or a related field preferred.  
  • Management experience in a residential program for individuals with behavioral disabilities
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading successful teams.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Planning and organization skills; Solution-focused approach to issues, concerns, and program management.
  • Proven experience managing budgets.
  • Valid Driver’s License
