Griffith Foods is a global manufacturer of food products.  We provide a wide range of taste and texture components for food industry customers throughout the world.  Our products include seasoning blends, dry mixes, coating systems, dough blends, crumbs, flavors, sauces and food bases that are used in an extensive variety of application from snack foods and processed meat and poultry to ready meals. Our customers include food processors, restaurant operators and grocery retailers.  While our name may not be familiar to consumers, our products are key components of foods offered by many of the world’s best-known companies.

The purpose of the role:
Sales Executive is responsible for developing sales within the food service segment, in line with the company sales policy. Develop introductions of new products and concepts to new and existing customers/ accounts in order to grow the business.

o Leads overall strategic alignment of the organization activities aimed at exploring customers needs and requirements
o Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets to expand the company's customer base.
o Own and deliver on sales revenue goals - Manage and grow existing customers base
o Acquire new customers through active prospection.
o Implement the sales action plan, review and analyze variances periodically and initiating corrective actions to ensure achievement of targets.
o Develop and leverage long term partnership relations (internal and external).
o Coordinate the execution of marketing plan in their area for promotion events, Customer Innovation Days, promotional offers, etc. with Brand Marketing team
o Reporting and MIS (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers product and service needs, competitive activities).
o Yearly and Quarterly Sales Forecasting of all the products - Present Sales Study, Competitors Sale, Key Customers Study, Consumer Base Study, Forming a strategy for growth and investment.
o Team working skills
o Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges

Market Orientation
• Leads in achievement of Sales Revenue, Contribution Margin, Operating Income
• Development of annual PAGs and achievement of reviews in the timeline required by the organization.
• Development of customer account plans to achieve required financials goals. Development and execution of plans to meet customer business needs due to internal challenges or changing market conditions.
Sales Executive- Mumbai
• Management of customer needs and communications internally and externally impacting the customers.

• B2B Sales experience in Food, FMCG, HoReCa or Food Ingredients
• Master of Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 2 yrs. Min. of experience in sales management
• Demonstrated knowledge of Value based selling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
