Junior Supply Chain Support (Temporary)

The Supply Chain Support will provide support to the Supply Chain Department in the areas of production planning, logistics and procurement during 3 months.

Main responsibilities:

• Support in maintaining the final production schedule for each individual area in Operations based on raw materials and production capacity.
• Communicate changed delivery dates to Customer Service for those orders of which the originally requested delivery date cannot be met.
• Supporting logistics dealing with transport companies and managing queries in the deliveries.
• Processing purchasing orders and dealing with the suppliers.    
• Maintain and organize production Schedules
• Identify problems and provide support to solve them
• Communicate and adapt the schedules due to the changes of delivery dates.
• Administrative support in the generation of reports and documentation.
• Support in the implementation of process improvements.
• Participate in daily operational meeting.
• Monitor, update and analyze the KPIs of the area
• Act as a back up of other supply chain areas, providing administration support on the day-to-day tasks of the function
• Provides administrative support to team members, or specific processes of other areas of Supply Chain specially Procurement, Plnning and Logistics.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics or equivalent
• Experience in a planning, procurement or logistics role (minimum 1 years’ experience)
• Valuable high level of excel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
