The Information Systems team in our National Support Center (NSC) is looking for an IT Quality Assurance Leader at their Lafayette Hill, PA office.

 

This role will be based in our Lafayette Hill, PA office, working 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Do you have experience running and developing programs from the grass roots? If so, then we’d like you to join our dedicated team as an IT Quality Assurance Leader.  

 

About the Role: 

    You will: 

  • Build all aspects of the IT Quality Assurance process from day one in a grass roots effort. 

  • Ensure the expected delivery of IT solutions, software enhancements and system changes. 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy, as well as policies and procedures that ensure the effective testing and validation of software solutions.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, managers, and development teams to define quality standards, goals, and objectives.

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate quality assurance activities across multiple projects and teams.

  • Define and establish testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.

  • Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts. 

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of test cases, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. 

  • Monitor and track defects, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
  • Identify opportunities for test automation and lead the implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools.

  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to quality assurance and software testing.

  • Ensure that all software, systems, and IT solutions meet the necessary quality standards before they are delivered to key stakeholders.

  • Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.

  • Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.

 

About You: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related field or relevant work experience. 

  • 10 or more years of experience running & developing an IT Quality Assurance Program from the grass roots.

 

 Our ideal candidate will also: 

  • Have prior experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance as well as SAP Concur and Epicor Eclipse ERP.

  • Have prior experience as an ERP business integration manager.

  • Possess a strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, processes, and tools.

  • Be proficient in test management and defect tracking tools.

  • Have experience with test automation tools and frameworks.

  • Demonstrate excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.

  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Be able to perform under pressure and be a trusted facilitator to resolve problems and deliver solutions.

  • Possess the robust business acumen, coordination skills, and supervisory competence to efficiently manage the prioritization of initiatives.
  • Possess strong listening skills and be able to recognize potential conflicts and resolve them accordingly.

  • Be able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams that include both business and technical teams.

  • Be results oriented; focused on attaining goals and objectives.
