This is a remote position based in the US with occasional travel.

 

About the role:

We’re looking for an intern to help support marketing and operations. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build out and digitalize our admin and policy form creation. You will work closely with business partners to gather content, and you will deliver formatted and approved forms. This role also will gain insight and experience into the creative side of marketing while assisting with on-brand Everly assets and social media. This intern position will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments and have a demonstrated ability to prioritize, scope, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Coordinate admin and policy form creation for all products:
    • Work with subject matter experts to obtain correct content, including state-specific variations.
    • Typeset forms into stylized template with an eye for brand consistency.
    • Gain consensus on admin form content from all relevant parties.
    • Manage approval process in Everly’s internal routing system (Workfront)
    • Maintain forms database in Notion.
  • Under the supervision of a manager, lead small-scale projects.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed to both Marketing and Operations teams.
  • Monitor social media channels and accounts for comments/activity.
  • Assist as needed with market and client research.
  • As bandwidth provides, assist the Creative team to help ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand, update Everly assets and content as needed in relevant internal database.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, including project coordination.
  • Able to effectively multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to remain focused in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
  • Self-starter takes initiative to lead projects.
  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts.
  • Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, etc.) a plus.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing abilities.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office with advanced proficiency in MS Word (be familiar with MS Office applications, including SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
