Join our team as a Business Analyst Engineer Intern and gain valuable experience while still in school. You'll play a crucial role in improving our processes and customer satisfaction through research and data analysis. Expected Work Hours: 20 hours per week, minimum 4 hours per shift, Monday thru Friday between the hours of 7am – 5pm.

Responsibilities

• Write clear and concise processes and procedures while maintaining process, user documentation and discussion guides
• Create reports and tools used other departments to track quality of work and compliance to processes that impact customer satisfaction.
• Manage the execution of in-person qualitative research
• Analyze findings to draw conclusions, summarize, and make actionable recommendations
• Quantitative research projects with guidance and support
• Analyze data, concisely summarize findings and make actionable recommendations
• Work against fixed timelines and your success will be measured by the ability to deliver solutions matching the performance of top-notch research prototypes

Qualifications

• Intern or work experience with predictive analytics, pattern recognition, or data mining/data analysis preferred
• Self-motivated, work well both independently and as part of an agile team
• Apply various statistical and machine learning techniques to develop segmentations, association analysis, predictive models
• As an Intern Business Analyst will join a small team and participate as a group in projects executed on by the PMO (Product Management) group as a whole

Education

Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, or Physics
