POSITION DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Hospitality Desk Rep. ASSOCIATION: Greater Indianapolis
REPORTS TO: Member Services Supervisor BRANCH:
FLSA STATUS: Part-time/Non-Exempt DATE: November 2005 GRADE: 1

GENERAL FUNCTION
Under the direction and supervision of the Member Services Supervisor this position is to provide excellent member services.
KNOW HOW
-
A high school diploma, or its equivalent and customer service experience is preferred.

Basic computer data entry skills required.

Basic washer and dryer operations.

Communication skills required, including ability to answer telephone calls and communicate YMCA programs and activities over the telephone.

Maintain current certifications in First Aid (CPR AED if opening/closing staff), Safety and Risk Management, Child Abuse Prevention and New Employee Orientation or the ability to obtain within 60-90 days of employment.
