Teacher – Early Learning

*Must be 21 years old and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in early childhood education

The YMCA is looking for people who love working with young children, thrive in an independent environment with strong team support, and a love for educating youth. Teachers independently manage their classroom, supervise additional support staff in their classroom, execute YMCA early learning curriculum, and establishes positive relationships with children and their families. Our teachers work as a part of a larger team at each YMCA center to develop the best program for the community. This is the perfect role for those who want to take the next step in their early learning career, for former teachers looking to utilize their skills in a different environment, or professionals in early learning looking for an environment in which they can grow.
