Join KDC/one Knowlton as a Training Coordinator!

We're looking for someone with experience in training program design and strong organizational skills to help us set up the KDC/Knowlton CAMPUS in the production department.



The main responsibilities of the Training Coordinator are to ensure the effective planning, design and coordination of training activities within the Production Department, ensuring that training programs meet employee needs and organizational objectives.


  • Analyze training needs for the production department
  • Coordinate training with the annual SOP-GMP and SST schedule to ensure compliance.
  • Design and implement training programs based on needs and required materials, including training plan, training guides and competency assessment plans
  • Develop the skills of the department's trainers
  • Provide trainers with the documentation they need to train on PO, IT or other training material, assess training satisfaction, evaluate and certify qualifications.
  • Develop an annual training plan
  • Plan and monitor training deployment to meet deadlines
  • Train and qualify trainers to roll out content relating to the quality standards required in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries
  • Perform all clerical tasks related to training follow-up
  • Support and assist other members of the training committee as required


  • Degree or relevant training
  • Mastery of andragogy principles and knowledge of good training practices
  • Experience in developing training materials using various technologies
  • Knowledge of LMS and other training management systems (an asset)
  • Oral and written bilingualism essential (French and English)
  • Proficiency in Windows/MS Office environment
