Assembler/Adjuster

The mission we are proposing:

The assembler fills the needs of changeover preparation and execution. He is also responsible of maintaining the organization of the tooling room and the mobile equipment park. He works under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor in collaboration with the technical team. This position is available on day shift or night shift.

An overview of your new position

• Participate to the changeovers/setup on the production lines
• Adjust the equipment towards the different product and give technical support to production lines
• Verify the availability of the mobile equipment to prevent and manage equipment conflict
• Participate to the effort of standardization and continuous improvement process related to the equipment

You are the ideal candidate if you have

• Bilingualism functional (French and English) to work as part of a team with colleagues who speak different languages
• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to use a mechanic’s basic tools
• Team spirit
• Attention to detail and work organization
• Demonstrate autonomy
• Has manual dexterity and physical fitness
