We have an immediate opening for a dynamic Accounting Analyst, responsible for maintaining financial reports, supporting month-end close and special projects as requested so the company can meet financial objectives.   

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides assistance to Finance team in supporting journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assists site management teams in implementing financial and performance measurement systems
•   Initiates all Capital Purchase Orders in SAP
•  Supports costing of BOMs (Bill of Materials) and submission of RFQs (Request for Quote)
• Performs miscellaneous month end journal entries (e.g. Sales, COGS, labor, materials, and overhead.
•  Provides backup support to other Analysts as needed.
• Completes Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), journal entries, balance sheets and other paperwork according to established company policy 
• Maintains confidentiality of financial information; other sensitive and confidential information
•   Assist with providing supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
•   Exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of the normal schedule as needed due to workplace demands. Performs other related duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.  
•    Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience required.
•    Previous experience with SAP platform and working in a manufacturing       environment is strongly preferred.
