Alabang | Fixed Asset Management Assistant

Position Summary:

Position is responsible for coordination, receipt, distribution and maintenance of company assets utilized for both work at home and on-site employees.   Position will perform other duties as required.  Typically requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience 

Overall Responsibilities:

• Receiving of all approved requested items (office supplies/assets)
• Tagging and scanning of new delivered goods / monitored assets
• Issuance of items delivered to requestor or end users
• Monitoring of assets, such as transfers, disposal, defective for replacement, etc. through Asset Management File to be consolidated daily
• Maintains record of all issued asset/items whether consumable items, or capitalize expenses
• Retrieving of procurement references of each items for transfer, and disposal for PEZA processing
• Conducts inventory / spot-checking of assets of the company
• Checking of accountabilities of resigning employees for clearance purposes
• May be assigned to different sites as needed

Job Requirements:

• 4 year degree any program
• Minimum 1 year work experience
• Basic mathematical knowledge and reasoning.
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, materials, and common practices used in facility preparation including custodial work; setting work priorities; interpreting written oral instructions.
• Subject to call-in for work during special events including evenings and weekends
• Detail oriented and self motivated
