Position Summary:

The B2B Sales Operations Manager will work collaboratively to develop and execute a global strategy for sales operations and client retention. This role involves creating and implementing strategies focused on driving B2B sales and retaining clients. The B2B Sales Operations Manager will play a key role in developing and continuously analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs). By understanding the underlying behaviors behind these KPIs and create action plans. These actions should align with broader operational goals and help the organization achieve critical annual performance targets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on designing and implementing overall strategies, tools, and processes aimed at enhancing B2B sales and client retention.
  • Lead process improvements for sales operations and client retention strategies, including cost-benefit analysis, process evaluation, data analysis, solution development, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with support leaders to implement and assess sales initiatives, making independent, real-time decisions to adjust strategies or expectations as needed.
  • Work with Quality leaders to ensure client experience is protected and contractual obligations are met in KPI development.
  • Stay informed on all B2B Sales initiatives, with a particular focus on financial performance and the interdependence of various metrics.
  • Provide insights and support for communicating incentive plans as needed.
  • Meet and exceed deadlines, goals, and objectives on assigned tasks.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership to communicate proposals, initiatives, and progress.

Experience:

  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across diverse internal teams.
  • Proven leadership and development skills, particularly with technically-minded teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a hands-on management approach.
  • Ability to translate detailed technical observations into a strategic vision that aligns with team objectives.
  • Strong capability to present both strategy and performance updates to executive leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Experience leading strategic business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in supporting B2B sales operations.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite products, including Excel, Access, Visio, and PowerPoint.
