Job Description:

The Influencer Relations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and exceptional relationship-building skills to cultivate and manage influencer partnerships that align with our brand values and objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and others.
  • Influencer Outreach: Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry leaders who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee influencer marketing campaigns from concept through completion, including campaign briefings, content creation, and performance analysis.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and compelling content that resonates with their audience and showcases our products in a genuine manner.
  • Negotiations & Contracts: Negotiate terms, rates, and deliverables with influencers, including compensation, content requirements, and campaign timelines. Draft and manage contracts to ensure clear agreements and compliance.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of influencer campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and future strategy.
  • Budget Management: Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for influencer partnerships.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing best practices to keep our strategies fresh and relevant.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or a related field, preferably within the beverage or consumer goods industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer dynamics; exceptional communication, negotiation, and contract management skills; proficiency in analytics tools and platforms.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a keen eye for trends and innovative approaches to influencer engagement.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
