Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead our Maintenance dept. It consists of supervising 10-14 mechanics and electricians who repair and maintain all production and facility equipment, and overseeing various capitol projects throughout the operation. In addition, this position would serve to support maintenance efforts at other locations; occasional travel is necessary. The candidate for this position must have the following qualifications: Ability to read and understand electrical systems of both power and machine controls; Ability to trouble-shoot all electrical, electronic, and power systems and controls; Ability to update electrical prints of both relay and PLC logic; Ability to identify, document, and organize parts for all equipment. Ability to work effectively with the production team to cooperatively maintain/improve line efficiencies, and with the Quality team to maintain Quality levels and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities will also include measuring the performance of skilled trades workers. A proven track record in the Food and Beverage Industry is preferred. A degree in Engineering is preferred, but not required.
Primary Responsibilities

• Facilitate the efficient repair and maintenance of Production equipment
• Troubleshoot machine and plant issues
• Maintain or improve production efficiencies
• Install new equipment and manage capitol projects
• Maintain applicable regulatory compliances
• Improve P.M. Program
• Supervise 7 to 10 maintenance employees

Job Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred
• 4-6 years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
