Position: Regional Operations Manager

Location: Our organization is rapidly growing and are open to candidates located in the Midwest, Southeast and Texas markets. 

Compensation: Competitive compensation, dependent of experience. Role is full-time, exempt, benefits eligible.

What You’ll Do

  • Help the business create scalable solutions for day-to-day and strategic operational challenges that come from hyper-growth (Join Parachute is opening new brick and mortar centers monthly and launching 3 new products)
  • Oversee the region’s $25M+ budget and have full P&L oversight
  • Build exceptional local leadership in your region by recruiting, training, and mentoring operations staff to build and retain a high-performing team
  • Utilize data to identify processes and/or operational gaps that could be improved both locally and regionally
  • Create processes and tools that allow our local operations to run more efficiently and become more customer-centric
  • Collaborate with Regional Quality Manager on assigned donor centers to maintain regulatory compliance of region
  • Oversee the region’s day-to-day operational outcomes and steer the region to hit KPIs
  • Work cross-functionally across multiple teams to help launch or implement new initiatives and services
  • Collaborate with local leadership to grow staff engagement and support Join Parachute's mission
  • Travel 25-60% of the time visiting your portfolio markets and working shoulder-to-shoulder with local leadership on process improvements

Who You Are

  • A proven operator with a track record of improving outcomes while possessing the managerial skill to bring your team along on the journey
  • An end-to-end problem solver with the ability to identify operational weaknesses and lead in solutioning, implementation, and measuring impact
  • Experienced in operational range, understanding the value of working with imperfect solutions in hypergrowth and the importance of strong SOPs and operational discipline
  • Data-driven, with a natural inclination to operate through numbers
  • Socially dexterous, comfortable being the platform where multiple stakeholders meet and leading matrixed operations
  • Have 7+ years of operations leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth field with multi-unit operations
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree with a record of exceptional academic and professional achievement
