What You’ll Do:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies, ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline for all corporate level and upper-field leadership positions.  

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Highly execute a full-cycle recruitment process. 
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate hiring criteria. 
  • Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. 
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes through thorough screening processes. 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. 
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. 
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. 
  • Attend and participate in local job fairs and virtual recruiting sessions as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Ability to understand human resources and applicant tracking software systems. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Proficiency with digital sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.  
  • At least three (3) years’ human resources-industry experience preferred, with at least one (1) year in recruiting.  
  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the principal job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards. 
  • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state and local standards. 
  • Able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
  • Must possess auditory and visual acuity. 
  • Position is mainly sedentary work (office work) in front of a computer.
