SUMMARY

This position is responsible for the preparation, analysis, execution and closure of documentation (work instructions, process guides, standard operating procedures, etc.). The Process Analyst is also expected to research, analyze, and recommend improvements to Service Operations processes in order to improve overall performance. This position works cross functionally with various departments such as Service Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Sales. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop, analyze, update, maintain and implement necessary Processes, Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Forms, and/or any documentation to support Client Onboarding/Update initiatives. 
  • Act as subject matter expert/consultant in developing, evaluating, planning, improving and implementing processes, documentation and practices. 
  • Execute test protocols at potential business partner sites and report results to ensure compliance with process requirements. 
  • Provide global process and technical support for services equipment and processes. Support, train, and audit applicable test protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across global service center operations (including external business partners). 
  • Review and disposition Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) that may impact Service Operations Processes and Documentation for completeness and accuracy; update any impacted Services documentation accordingly. 
  • Effectively collaborate across disciplines such as Engineering, Service Operations, Quality, Sales to ensure efficiency and consistency of processes.  
  • Support any service operations with the global network in a process/operations-Lead Role, as needed 
  • Evaluates and analyzes current processes and provides recommendations as needed. 
  • Follows company policies and practices as outlined in the Employee Handbook, AWAIR and/or applicable employment agreement. Follows safety guidelines and procedures in accordance to the job. 
  • Performs additional duties as assigned. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in a comparable role.  
  • Advanced problem solving, analytical, oral communication, planning/organizing, and technical writing abilities, as well as flexibility. 
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.  
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills. 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement experience. 
  • Experience in cold chain operations industry.

  • Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Must be able to travel, nationally and internationally, as necessary. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be frequently required to execute standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. stand, walk, sit, use hands/fingers).  
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be occasionally required to execute non-standard physical activities within the facility areas (i.e. climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch).  
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.  
  • This position requires repetitive hand/wrist activities.  

The approximate base compensation range is shown below. The actual offer may vary based on skills, experience and location.
