We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our in-house creative and marketing agency within playAWARDS.  In this role you will help create marketing strategies and then provide project management, planning and execution of marketing deliverables for the product teams within the playAWARDS division.  The product teams work on our one-of-a-kind platform developing tools, features and products that advance our loyalty proposition.   You will work closely with these teams to help them achieve their strategic objectives. This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing.

 

The Marketing Manager serves as an account executive, producer and strategist – working daily with stakeholders and creative teams – managing all aspects of the process and workflow to create marketing campaigns and deliverables. If you have expertise in loyalty marketing and love developing and executing marketing campaigns, this role is for you.  The Marketing Manager will utilize project management tools such as ASANA to initiate, track and deliver marketing deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Manage workflow of marketing projects from inception thru delivery
  • Craft creative briefs for key marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Lead kick-off meetings, on-going project status syncs and post-mortems with stakeholders and creative teams
  • Collaborate with full marketing and creative teams to schedule resources that will execute the deliverables for each campaign
  • Maintain master schedule of your marketing projects – tracking multiple deliverables  with overlapping deadlines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience managing multiple marketing campaigns in a dynamic environment
  • Experience working with designers, copywriters, videographers in the creation and production of creative marketing materials
  • BS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Experience with project management tools and programs: ASANA, Miro,
  • Excel, Google Sheets and Slides, PowerPoint
  • Experience managing projects and meeting deadlines
  • Strong written and communicative skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with leading the creation of marketing creative assets and campaign planning
  • Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally
  • comfortable owning tasks
  • Collaborative and can build strong working relationships
