Where Do You Fit In?

As the Vice President of Commercial Operations, you will be at the helm of our sales operations, processes, and systems, striving for operational excellence and revenue growth. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping the Commercial Operations Team, enhancing efficiency, and aligning strategies with business goals. You will work cross-functionally to consolidate strategy and planning, ensuring our operations are seamless and productive.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans, including territory assignments, quotas, and performance metrics to drive growth.

  • Operational Excellence: Streamline sales processes and workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency, addressing bottlenecks and optimizing the sales cycle.

  • Technology and Tools: Implement and manage sales enablement tools, technology systems, and CRM platforms like Salesforce to support our sales teams.

  • Analytics and Insights: Build sales analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights through data analysis and reporting to guide leadership decisions.

  • Collaborative Culture: Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Commercial Operations function.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Work closely with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams to align sales operations with broader business objectives.

  • Salesforce Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce CRM and a deep understanding of its capabilities.
