What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate Like a Pro: Lead interactive and engaging learning sessions using adult learning techniques. All classes are in English. Professional level written and verbal communication skills are non-negotiable.
• Be the Learning Guru: Organize and distribute the latest and greatest learning materials.
• Engage and Inspire: Keep online classes fun, structured, and super engaging.
• Content Creator: Help develop and update learning materials for our awesome programs.
• Tech Troubleshooter: Solve technical issues in a flash.
• Master of Logistics: Manage class schedules and logistics like a boss.

What You Bring:

• Facilitation Skills: You’re a facilitation wizard with a knack for making learning fun and effective.
• Top-notch English: Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
• Experience: 2+ years in facilitation.
• Communication Superpowers: Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• ADDIE Framework Know-How: Familiarity with Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.
