You'll work closely with customers, sponsors, and cross-functional teams to design solutions for clinical trials using our innovative product portfolio. Role Overview:
As an Operations Solution Engineer, you'll dive into clinical study protocols, design tailored solutions, and ensure that our products align with study needs, timelines, and budgets. You’ll become a key player in translating business needs into actionable system requirements, collaborating with teams across the globe, and making sure every project runs smoothly from design to implementation.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and teams to gather and analyse study requirements for clinical trials of varying complexity.
  • Produce functional documentation based on design inputs and ensure smooth integration with project timelines.
  • Leverage all available tools to gather, assess, and document requirements using best practices.
  • Manage and update system specifications throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining top-tier standards and validation processes.
  • Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders to drive projects forward.
  • Liaise with localization teams to develop translated versions of questionnaires (specific to Rater Station).
  • Support SDLC validation and approval processes, while managing data extract and reporting requirements.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical documentation.
  • A natural problem-solver with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to gather and reconcile information from diverse sources and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, whether it’s presenting in meetings or crafting clear documentation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with moderate guidance, as well as part of a global team.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A background in software development or user interface design.
  • Familiarity with GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and/or SQL queries.
