As a Dayforce Systems Manager, you will be responsible for managing new feature implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM’s or Dayforce functionality, business processes, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR to optimize system performance and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. New Feature Implementation and Configuration:
- Manage the implementation and management of features for Dayforce, including system setup, configuration, and integration with existing HR and payroll systems.
- Maintain and Customize Dayforce modules to align with organizational requirements, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
2. System Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure maximum uptime and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Dayforce support and vendors to resolve technical issues and implement system upgrades and patches.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and security within the Dayforce system.
3. User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to end-users on Dayforce functionality, best practices, and system updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Dayforce-related inquiries, escalations, and user support issues.
- Develop and deliver ongoing training sessions and workshops to promote system adoption and proficiency.
4. Process Improvement and Optimization:
- Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to streamline and optimize business processes using Dayforce capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for automation, workflow improvements, and system enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead initiatives to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities within Dayforce, enabling data-driven decision-making.
5. Compliance and Data Security:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies governing data privacy, security, and confidentiality.
- Implement and maintain appropriate access controls, user permissions, and audit trails within the Dayforce system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to HCM systems and technology.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 5-7 years as an HCM analyst, manager or similar role, with expertise in HCM implementation, configuration, and support.
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes, including but not limited to benefits administration, time and attendance, and workforce management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Certifications in HCMs or related technologies (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, HRIS) are a plus.
