Field Service Technician - Industrial Machinery

We are currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join our US team, based out of the Northeast region (PA, MD). This is a field-based, customer-facing role, primarily travelling to customer sites performing installation, maintenance and service work. You will also be responsible for building a positive relationship with customers and peers, as well as completing necessary administrative tasks. As the ideal candidate you are an independent go-getter and team player with a positive attitude making customer satisfaction and technical performance your priority.

 

 

• Provide installation, service, training and troubleshooting support on dry ice production equipment and dry ice blasting machines at our customers’ facilities. 
• Drive customer satisfaction through pro-active communication and commitment to resolving their requests
• Complete administrative follow-up tasks (electronically) after visiting customer site
• Ensure that safety and quality standards are met
• Take and respond to emergency customer service calls, taking turns with colleagues to answer the 24/7 service line
• Identify customer needs and requirements and create proposals in collaboration with the Customer Service Coordinator
