Senior Financial Systems Manager

About the Role:
You will:

Collaborate with Corporate Finance leaders, process owners, and external consultants to develop and maintain end-to-end financial processes.
- Manage, recruit, hire, and develop an IT team responsible for implementing and managing internal financial systems, including SAP S4/HANA – RISE and related boundary applications.

Partner with Corporate Finance leaders and process owners to design and implement future state Finance processes.
- Serve as the technical lead focused on migrating legacy General Ledger (GL), Accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Cash Application processes from legacy systems into SAP S4/HANA.

Communicate effectively and partner with key business stakeholders at all levels on a regular basis to ensure alignment and successful system operations.
- Collaborate with external consultants to ensure successful SAP system configuration, data integration, and solution implementation.

Manage financial systems in a cloud environment, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Lead and manage projects related to financial systems.

Ensure financial systems are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP Financial System technologies, trends, and best practices.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize the value of our SAP investment.

Prepare quarterly system reviews for senior management.
- Successfully complete required safety and compliance training programs as assigned.

Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor and other management as required.
About You:
-
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in financial systems management; including a prior SAP/Financial systems implementation in a cloud environment.

3+ years of management experience

Experience delivering end-to-end technical solutions.
- Demonstrated project management expertise, including the ability to manage complex projects.
