Treasury - Treasury Analyst

OVERVIEW

Safariland is hiring a Senior Treasury Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury group. Safariland serves as the Corporate Finance Headquarters of Cadre Holdings, Inc. (CDRE), our publicly traded parent company. The Senior Treasury Analyst manages global cash and debt operations in an expanding public company environment.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments such as AP, AR, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Legal in each of our business units to manage daily cash operations and monthly cash flow forecasting in seven countries and five currencies.  This highly visible position reports to the VP, Treasurer and interfaces with other senior leaders through forecasting and reporting cash flows, managing debt activity, and assisting in the generation of public disclosures.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare daily cash and debt balance reporting for executive leadership.
• Review and release electronic payment files prepared by Accounts Payable.
• Process manual ACH and wire payments through various banking portals.
• Prepare monthly global cash flow forecast
• Support our Export and Stand-By Letters of Credit process by interfacing directly with customers to negotiate and advise on terms, completing applications, and delivering required documentation.

• Assist in the management of Team Loan and Revolving Credit facilities by maintaining amortization schedules, planning loan draws and repayments, and supporting quarterly debt covenant reporting and public disclosures.

• Manage Corporate Card administration with employees and banks.

• Open bank accounts as needed and manage any KYC requirements.
• Liaise with banks and internal customers to investigate bank transactions.
• Administer and oversee our global Merchant Services platform.
• Develop, document and standardize processes, procedures and controls related to Treasury operations
• Support Accounting with month-end close by preparing journal entries for non-cash debt transactions, cash transaction research, and period-end reporting.
• Assist in acquisition integration.
• Support executive leadership implement strategic initiatives.
