Information Architect

Position Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Lead fast paced digital transformation initiatives across multiple clients
● Liaise with internal project team, client project teams, and cross functional teams within the business unit
● Accountable for quality and timeliness of client programs
● Shapes strategies and plans for continued client engagement
● Lead client meetings to present solutions, discuss best practices related to product information and gain client trust by delivering solutions to solve existing enterprise data challenges
● Lead the development and refinement of functional data models large scale commerce and master data clients
● Lead internal teams and in product categories to produce clear, logical, and structured hierarchies for a broad range of complex product lines
● Research technical products to become a subject matter expert and apply knowledge across projects
● Act as a mentor to team members to encourage growth within the team
● Translate client goals into concrete tasks and timelines and present to project leadership

Key Skills and Competencies:

● 5+ years professional experience leading client programs, mentoring teams, managing assignments, and organizing schedules
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an analytic, data-focused field such as library and information sciences, linguistics, businesses administration
● Experience analyzing and manipulating large data sets
● Experience in taxonomy, hierarchies, and classification
● Ability to juggle simultaneous tasks and multiple projects
