Junior Data and Logistics Specialist (BMW)

Job Duties

• Regularly monitoring of the projects and fast reactions in case of unexpected circumstances.
• Preparing presentations concerning current projects (Status / Risks / Deadline).
• Proactive monitoring of market situation – evaluation and adaptation.
• Regular analyses of Dealer performance.
• Providing the support to the Dealer network in order to achieve the Customer satisfaction.
• Supporting and onboarding regional HUB members.
• Securing logistics process and invoice flow.
• Solving critical tickets minimizing replacement cars costs and delivery stops.
• Utilize Parts Return and Scrapping program generating additional parts turnover.
• Providing comprehensive market support with onsite coaching.

Experience

• University degree, preferred in logistics profile.
• Experience in automotive industry, preferably in Automotive Aftersales processes.
• Business administration knowledge.
• Experience using SAP, Excel and Power Point.
• Target achievement orientation.
• Experience in the area of customer service.
• Customer orientation and achieved results.
• Team player.
• Analytic skills.
• Ability to react and make a decisions in stressful situations.
• Pro-active attitude and business approach to work.
• Fluent English speaker.
