The purpose of the role

Griffith Foods is looking for a Maintenance Administrator to support operations on site. You will support our long-range plan making Griffith Foods the industry leader for the chosen categories, by the promotion of a lean manufacturing culture through an operational excellence mindset.

Tasks and responsibilities

• You will be responsible for building up a yearly planning for PM, nearly working together with the production planning and completely registrated in our CMMS tool.
• You will offer administrative support; generating and distributing maintenance and PM schedules.
• You coordinate and organize PM activities  with maintenance.
• You will mange all the generated requests in our CMMS app and converting those to the exact state and connecting those to the correct department.
  Planning of those open workorders in collaboration with the Maintenance Lead.
• Asset Data Management: updating and maintaining asset information, responding for the optimal organization of our spare parts warehouse.
• You will follow-up the complete order process. Generating all the maintenance and project related purchase orders, follow-up the delivery of the goods and primary contact of the suppliers.
  Tracking the budget info together with the Maintenance Manager.
• Every year you will evaluate al of our suppliers.
• You will participate in the weekly planning meetings.
• You will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance, food industry, chemistry or equivalent required.
• Data driven and strong technical skills.
• Process-oriented: translate calamities in improvement opportunities.
• A basic understanding of Lean principles.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Dutch and English.
• Strong communication, leading and coaching skills.
• Team player, constructive and positive approach, well organized with a proactive “can do” mentality
