About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team. This is for a new UX focused product in the ERP software space. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our products. We are looking for a candidate who excels at rapid iteration, deeply values the process of validating designs, and possesses expert proficiency in Figma.

Role Overview

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the UX and UI of our new ERP system. Your work will help manufacturing businesses Thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of engaging and intuitive user experiences for our digital products.
Employ rapid prototyping and iterative design methodologies to quickly develop and refine designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and continually improve user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience.
Utilize Figma and other design tools to create high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions.
Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and collaboration features.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for delivering user-friendly, effective, and delightful user experiences.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and gather feedback effectively.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
